GPL Day 7 - International Khiladis are Jodi No.1
It was indeed quite an achievement that we were able to complete the semi finals and the finals in between all the partying and celebrations that have now become rather synonymous with events at Geon. Well although all the 3 matches were rather one sided but the International Khiladis won both the semi-final against Gorgeous and the final against Titans comprehensively. Well the verdict is out then folks, the International Khiladis are the undisputed champions of the Geon Premier League 2009. Bade Miya and Chote Miya made mince meat or should I say matar paneer of their opponents. According to Buckley and Gautam the secret is in their vegeterianism, no smokingism, and no drinkingism... Not withstanding at the post match party all these ingredients were available in plentiful... Titans, touted in all the pre-match polls to be the winners were surprisingly a rather pale shadow of their run to the semis. They lost 0-3 to the Khiladis.
